Kronos Precision Extrusion is an innovative Singapore-Germany joint venture that specializes in developing and manufacturing Thermal Insulating Polyamide Profiles with Cutting-Edge High Precision Thermoplastic Extrusion process and techniques. We offer a range of standard and custom-made extruded plastic profiles from Virgin Polyamide 66/Polyamide 6 (PA66/PA6 or Nylon 66/Nylon 6) and other materials for aluminum windows, doors, facades, curtain walls, operating rods, solar panels, automotive sunroof blind rails, and various engineering applications.

When a thermally insulated aluminium window frame is reinforced with Kronos's polyamide profiles, the components are actually inserted between the interior and exterior profiles of the product. They can be fitted to aluminium window frames as well as aluminium doors and aluminium façades during the manufacturing process. 
Kronos's polyamide insulating struts inside the aluminum frames can effectively prevent the transfer of heat from either the inside to the outside or vice versa. This means they do the job in both winter and summer, depending on the environmental conditions they face. Polyamide strips prevent the aluminum frames from feeling cold when it is icy outside as well as preventing heat loss from the inside to the outside. In hot summer, they prevent the interior of a building from warming up excessively.
